Alexandre de Moraes caught on video using jet linked to Daniel Vorcaro
Video footage has emerged showing Brazilian Supreme Federal Court (STF) Minister Alexandre de Moraes and his wife, lawyer Viviane Barci de Moraes, disembarking from a private jet at Rio de Janeiro's Santos Dumont Airport on August 22, 2025. The aircraft, a Legacy 650, is linked to Prime Aviation, a company in which former banker Daniel Vorcaro held interests.
The footage contradicts previous statements from Moraes' office, which had claimed in April that the Minister had 'never' traveled on aircraft belonging to Vorcaro. Federal Police investigations have also uncovered messages from Vorcaro discussing flight logistics and requesting priority for 'Barci' just before the recorded flight.
In response, the Barci de Moraes law office issued a statement clarifying that they hire air taxi services from various companies, including Prime Aviation, based on operational criteria rather than personal ties. The office emphasized that Daniel Vorcaro was not present on any of the flights involving its staff and denied having any personal relationship with the aircraft owners or a legal services contract with Vorcaro's company.
