Investigators are also scrutinizing a proposed R$ 50 million contract between the Barci de Moraes law firm—where Viviane Barci is a partner—and a company linked to Vorcaro. The contract allegedly included provisions for the use of aircraft-related assets.

In response to the controversy, the Barci de Moraes law firm issued a statement denying any personal links to Vorcaro regarding the use of a private jet. The firm clarified that air taxi selections are based on operational needs and that the specific choice of aircraft is determined by contracted civil aviation companies rather than the passengers. The office further emphasized that Vorcaro was not present on any flights involving its staff and denied having a legal services contract with Vorcaro’s company.
