Alexandria business groups meet US Embassy delegation to boost investment

The Egyptian Chamber of Commerce in Alexandria, chaired by Ahmed Al‑Wakeel, hosted a delegation from the United States Embassy in Cairo that included Economic Advisor Chris Kufus and Economic Specialist Alaa Nassar. The meeting focused on ways to deepen economic cooperation and support the private sector in Alexandria.

Representatives of the Alexandria Business Association and the Chamber discussed the investment climate, foreign‑exchange availability, new US financing options, workforce development, artificial‑intelligence and technology initiatives, and agreed to maintain regular dialogue to expand trade and investment ties between Egypt and the United States.
