Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale heirs appeal to Italian government
The heirs of the original owner of an iconic Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale have appealed to the Italian Minister of Culture, Alessandro Giuli, to investigate the whereabouts of the rare vehicle.
The car, one of only 18 ever produced, has reportedly been missing in France for over 30 years. However, recent reports suggest the vehicle may have been serviced at an Italian workshop, prompting concerns from the family.
The dispute stems from the original owner's death, at which time the car was allegedly transferred for a mere 10 euros. The heirs claim they were pressured and manipulated into signing the ownership transfer during a period of bereavement and are now seeking legal clarity and justice regarding what they suspect was a fraudulent transaction.
