Alghero Councilor Raffaella Sanna addresses political dispute
Raffaella Sanna, the Councilor for Culture, Innovation, and Digital Transition in Alghero, has addressed a political dispute following a formal letter she sent to the mayor and the secretary general. In her letter, Sanna reported instances of interference, aggression, and insults regarding her professional relationship with Enrico Daga, a fellow councilor and secretary of the Democratic Party.
While Daga has publicly rejected the accusations, Sanna has stated she will not back down, calling for ‘seriousness, dignity, and not slogans’ in the city's administration. She expressed a desire for privacy regarding the personal nature of the conflict and noted that the matter should be handled in appropriate venues rather than in the public eye. Sanna also thanked those who have offered her solidarity during the dispute.
