Alghero political coalition denies claims of government crisis

The Progetto Alghero coalition, which supports Mayor Raimondo Cacciotto, has issued a joint statement denying claims of a political crisis within the municipal government. Separately, former mayor Mario Conoci has criticized the current administration regarding the management of SECAL, the in-house company responsible for tax collection. Conoci highlighted financial difficulties affecting staff and questioned administrative decisions regarding municipal leadership and the company's future.

Additionally, local discussions are emerging regarding the new Municipal Urban Plan (PUC) and proposed reforms to the regional ecological network, specifically concerning the management of the Porto Conte Regional Park.
