Alhaji Grusah accuses GFA of intimidating major Ghanaian clubs
Alhaji Karim Grusah, owner of King Faisal Football Club, has accused the Ghana Football Association (GFA) of fostering a culture of intimidation and victimization. Speaking on Onua FM, Grusah alleged that Ghana’s most prominent clubs, Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak, are too afraid to publicly criticize the GFA leadership under President Kurt Okraku due to fears of being threatened with relegation.
Grusah called for the resignation of the GFA leadership and the Black Stars Management Committee, urging Sports and Recreation Minister Kofi Adams to demand accountability. He further claimed that the country’s youth development pipeline has stalled under the current administration and encouraged citizens to demonstrate against the federation to facilitate necessary changes in leadership.
