Alisa Goods missing in Las Vegas amid suspicious Bitcoin texts

Alisa Goods, a 63-year-old grandmother from New York, has been missing in Las Vegas since August 8. She was last seen leaving a friend's apartment near Maryland Parkway and Tropicana Avenue to visit a nearby CVS.

Her family reports that several days after her disappearance, they began receiving suspicious text messages from her phone. The messages, which allegedly identified the sender as Goods, requested gas money and Bitcoin. The family noted the requests for gas money were highly suspicious because Goods does not drive and did not have a vehicle in Las Vegas.

Family members have expressed frustration with the investigation, claiming a detective told them that Goods was ‘not a priority.’ Relatives have traveled to Las Vegas to assist in the search and are calling for her safe return.
