All Nippon Airways unveils green Pokémon-themed Boeing 787

All Nippon Airways (ANA) has unveiled its second Pokémon-themed aircraft, the ‘Green Pokémon Jet,’ a Boeing 787-9. This launch is part of a collaboration with The Pokémon Company to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the franchise.

The aircraft features a green livery with iconic characters such as Bulbasaur and Pikachu. The themed experience extends to the cabin, which includes special seat covers and in-flight entertainment content. This follows the introduction of the ‘Red Pokémon Jet’ in July, and a ‘Blue Pokémon Jet’ is planned for late 2026.

The Green Pokémon Jet will operate on various international routes from Tokyo Haneda and Narita, including destinations such as Honolulu, Seattle, Vancouver, Sydney, Manila, Singapore, Delhi, Bangkok, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Perth, and Mumbai. These operations are expected to continue at least until March 2027.
