Alliance for Albanians accuses VLEN of hypocrisy over Tetovo tragedy

The Alliance for Albanians (ASH) has accused the VLEN political party of hypocrisy regarding its recent calls for institutional responsibility following the Tetovo tragedy. ASH claims that VLEN leaders, specifically Izet Mexhiti and Bilall Kasami, were part of the government during the period of the tragedy and are now attempting to distance themselves from their past political roles.

ASH noted that Izet Mexhiti previously served as a vice president of the BDI. The party argues that the 14 lives lost in the tragedy should not be used as tools for political propaganda or partisan warfare, emphasizing that the victims' families deserve truth and justice regardless of political affiliations.
