Alligator Energy raises A$18 million for uranium projects
Alligator Energy Limited announced a firm commitment to raise A$15 million before costs through a placement of 333,333,334 new ordinary shares at A$0.045 per share. The company also launched a Share Purchase Plan to raise up to an additional A$3 million on the same price, bringing total potential proceeds to A$18 million.
The capital will fund further resource drilling at the Blackbush, Plumbush and corridor deposits, complete the current drill program at the Big Lake project, and advance the Samphire Uranium Project, including its mining lease application and a feasibility study slated for completion in Q3 2027. CEO Andrea Marsland‑Smith said the strong investor support endorses the quality of Samphire and positions the company for its next growth phase.
