Alligator Energy uranium project development

Overview

Alligator Energy has initiated efforts to fund and advance its uranium exploration and development projects in Australia.

In early August, the company announced a capital raise of up to A$18 million through a share placement and a share purchase plan. These funds are intended to support resource drilling at the Blackbush, Plumbush, and corridor deposits, complete drilling at the Big Lake project, and advance the Samphire Uranium Project toward a feasibility study.

By late August, the company confirmed successful drilling results at the Big Lake Uranium Project in South Australia’s Lake Eyre Basin. Exploration drilling intersected uranium mineralisation at Site 10, supporting the company’s roll-front uranium exploration model. Seismic data indicates the prospective palaeochannel may extend an additional 12 kilometres to the southeast.
