Various regional athletic competitions held across Argentina, Spain, and Mexico

Various regional sporting events and community races took place across Latin America and Spain. In Córdoba, Argentina, the second edition of the Colegio de Abogados Marathon drew over 2,600 participants. Held under the slogan ‘Malvinas corre con nosotros’, the event served as a tribute to veterans and those fallen in the 1982 conflict, featuring 10K and 6K distances.

Mendoza, Argentina, hosted the fifth Natural Race, a trail running competition attracting 2,700 athletes across distances ranging from 7K to 60K. The event also featured a demonstration of the ‘Smart Stretcher’, a biomechanical rescue device.

In Spain, the 40th edition of the Córdoba-Almodóvar del Río Half Marathon saw over 600 runners, with Redouan Nouini and Alba María Reguillo taking first place in the men’s and women’s categories, respectively.

Other notable events included the ‘Puenteando Nichupté’ in Cancún, Mexico, which gathered 3,500 people for physical activity, and the ‘Gallegos Corre’ in Argentina, which saw over 160 participants. In Sierra Colorada, Argentina, a traditional student car race concluded the 31st Student Festival.
