AC Milan to discuss contract renewal with Samuel Chukwueze

AC Milan is reportedly preparing to enter contract negotiations with Nigerian winger Samuel Chukwueze following his strong start to the Serie A season. The 27-year-old, who previously spent time on loan at Fulham, has revitalized his form under manager Ruben Amorim by transitioning into a right-sided wing-back role.

Chukwueze has recorded two assists in the opening three league matches, contributing to goals for Adrien Rabiot and Alphadjo Cisse. His defensive contributions in this new tactical position have also earned praise from the coaching staff.

While his current contract is set to expire in June 2028, the club is looking to secure his long-term future with a potential extension lasting until 2031. Formal discussions between Milan management and the player's representatives are expected to begin in the coming weeks.
