Alpine F1 Team eyes crucial upgrades for Dutch Grand Prix
Pierre Gasly said the upgrades Alpine plans to bring to the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort are "crucial" for the team to stay competitive in the 2026 Formula 1 season. After a strong start that left Alpine fifth in the standings after Monaco, the team has fallen five points behind Red Bull and has not introduced any new parts since the Miami race.
Alpine’s managing director Steve Nielsen confirmed that the Zandvoort package will include several significant new aerodynamic components. Gasly believes the parts will help Alpine retain its fifth‑place position as rivals such as Aston Martin, Audi and Red Bull have shown recent performance gains.
