Alpine unveils electric A110 prototype at Goodwood Festival of Speed
Alpine will present a prototype of its forthcoming all‑electric A110 sports car at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in July. The test‑mule, which will run daily during the event, is built on the new Alpine Performance Platform (APP) shared with the Renault 5 Turbo 3E and features an 800 V architecture, dual battery packs (front and rear) with a 40:60 weight distribution, and two rear‑mounted electric motors. The vehicle aims for a range of over 550 km and a curb weight around 1,500 kg, comparable to internal‑combustion rivals.
The presentation will also showcase the full Alpine model range and include appearances by Alpine Formula 1 drivers Pierre Gasly and Franco Colapinto. Production of the electric A110 is slated for delivery in 2027, marking the brand’s shift to an exclusively electric lineup after ending the current gasoline A110’s production.
