Alta Osiguruvanje rebrands and moves headquarters to Skopje

The insurance company formerly known as ZOIL Macedonia has undergone a complete restructuring, changing its name, headquarters, and ownership. The company will now operate as Alta Osiguruvanje AD Skopje, relocating its central operations from Bitola to Skopje.

Serbian businessman Davor Matsura has acquired 100% of the voting shares following a block transaction of 60,000 shares valued at approximately 1.7 million euros. Following this acquisition, the company increased its core capital to 4.3 million euros through a secondary share issuance approved by the Securities Commission.

A new Board of Directors has been appointed, led by Chairman Prof. Dr. Zoran Ivanovski, with Prof. Dr. Marko Andonov serving as a non-executive member and Mr. Aleksandar Anevski as an executive member.
