Altıeylül and Battalgazi districts in Turkey expand asphalt road works

The Altıeylül Municipality continued its district‑wide asphalt paving project, with teams inspecting and laying hot asphalt on streets in the Bahçelievler neighbourhood. Mayor Hakan Şehirli emphasized the aim of improving safety and comfort for residents and affirmed that road maintenance will proceed across all neighbourhoods.

Meanwhile, Battalgazi Municipality completed a freze‑and‑pave operation on Selçuklu Road, removing deformed surfacing and applying fresh hot asphalt to enhance driving conditions. The municipal engineering department reported that safety measures and traffic controls were observed, and the work is part of an ongoing programme of road upkeep throughout the district.
