In Dronten, the Odensehuis and Alzheimer Café Dronten have announced an intensified collaboration to provide a low-threshold meeting place. This partnership aims to alleviate pressure on the healthcare system as the number of people with dementia is expected to rise significantly in the coming years.

In the Maasgouw region, the Alzheimer Café is organizing a session in Beegden focused on the behavioral changes associated with dementia. Led by nursing specialist Yvonne van Zutphen, the event is designed to provide practical tips and support for family members and caregivers dealing with the complexities of cognitive decline and behavioral shifts.
