Ambassador Mike Huckabee warns of damage to Israel's U.S. standing

U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee has denounced Israelis who commit hate crimes in the West Bank, labeling them “terrorists.” He warned that such actions are causing substantial damage to Israel’s reputation in the United States, specifically noting the negative impact on Republican circles and younger Americans.

Huckabee’s remarks followed an incident where individuals allegedly set fire to a mosque in the village of Bazariya and spray-painted graffiti addressed to him. He expressed concern that these incidents create unnecessary enemies at a time when Israel requires international support.

In separate comments regarding regional security, Huckabee stated that Iran has been left in a weakened military and economic position due to actions taken by President Donald Trump. He rejected claims that the administration is ignoring the Iranian nuclear threat.
