Amir Abo Mbacké announces legal offensive after dismissal of charges

Amir Abo Mbacké, president of Stam Global Business, has announced a legal offensive following a total dismissal of charges (non-lieu) by a judge at the Pool Judiciaire Financier. The decision concludes a nearly two-year legal proceeding involving financial allegations.

Mbacké addressed a dispute involving journalist Cheikh Yérim Seck regarding a proposed media project in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. Mbacké claims the project was valued at 2,822 billion FCFA (approximately $5 billion) and asserts he never signed any contracts or provided agreement for the financial arrangements presented to him. He has challenged the journalist to provide evidence for any claims made against him.

The businessman also defended his long-standing professional relationships with Saudi Arabia, stating he has worked to develop partnerships between the Kingdom and various African nations, including Senegal. Mbacké claims the legal proceedings caused him to lose significant economic opportunities and has denied allegations regarding the ownership of his real estate assets, stating he possesses the necessary land titles to prove his ownership.
