Amsterdam Dance Event 2026 celebrates 30 years with live music and vinyl programs

The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) 2026 will feature a diverse program of live music and specialized listening experiences to celebrate its 30th anniversary. Key highlights include an opening concert by Jean-Michel Jarre at AFAS Live, titled ‘Oxygène & Beyond’, marking 50 years of his influential album. Other live performances include the Metropole Orkest performing a basshall ode led by Kybba at the Melkweg, and the Concertgebouworkest performing Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony under an artificial sky installation by artist Boris Acket at the Central Market Hall.

In addition to high-energy sets, the event will host a dedicated vinyl listening experience at the W Amsterdam. From October 23 to 25, Miami-based Dante’s HiFi+ will partner with White Flow to transform the W Lounge into a space inspired by Japanese jazz-kissa culture. Featuring DJs such as Rich Medina and Julian Reca, the program focuses on analog sound and extended listening sessions rather than traditional short DJ sets.
