Amsterdam Light Festival announces 15th anniversary edition

The Amsterdam Light Festival will celebrate its 15th anniversary during its 2026/2027 edition. Running from November 26, 2026, to January 17, 2027, the festival will span 53 days, covering the entire holiday period.

For this jubilee edition, the festival is introducing a new route featuring unique light art installations created by both domestic and international artists. The artworks will be displayed along the Amsterdam canals, utilizing the city's historical facades, bridges, and waterways as a backdrop. In addition to the light installations, the anniversary edition will include supplementary programming and events along the festival route.
