An Giang K93 Team recovers remains of martyr Nguyen Van Minh

The K93 Team of the An Giang Provincial Military Command has successfully located and recovered the remains of martyr Nguyen Van Minh in Nhon Hoi Commune, An Giang Province. The discovery was made in Phu Thuan Hamlet following a search operation part of the ‘500-day campaign’ to accelerate the recovery of war remains.

Nguyen Van Minh, who used the alias Quang, was born in 1945 in Tan An, Phu Chau District. He held the rank of corporal in the Phu Chau District military unit. Based on archival records and information provided by his relatives and local residents, the remains were identified as belonging to Minh, who was interred in the area following his sacrifice during the anti-American resistance war.

Nguyen Van Hung, the nephew of the martyr, expressed deep gratitude to the K93 Team and local authorities, noting that the family had spent many years searching for the exact location of the grave without success.
