Anambas Islands Police distribute 20 tons of clean water

The Anambas Islands Police, in collaboration with the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and the Fire Department, has distributed 20 tons of clean water to combat a prolonged dry season.

The distribution targeted various public facilities and residential areas in the Tarempa region. This included 6 tons for the Tarempa Regional General Hospital (RSUD), 3 tons for the Grand Mosque, 2 tons for a temple, 1 ton for a church, and additional supplies for Teluk Buluh, Teluk Mabai, and the residents of Sri Tanjung Village.

The water was transported by sea using the vessel KM Star 58 GT 30, escorted by two Satpolairud police patrol boats. Police Chief AKBP I Gusti Ngurah Agung Budianaloka stated that the initiative is part of a commitment to assist the community with basic needs during the drought.
