Andalusia government and FADECO partner to boost housing supply

The Regional Government of Andalusia (Junta de Andalucía) and FADECO Promotores have reaffirmed their alliance to increase the housing supply in the region. During a meeting in Antequera, officials discussed the urgent need to expand the availability of protected and affordable housing through strengthened public-private collaboration.

FADECO President Ignacio Peinado Guerrero proposed specific measures, including incentives for developments in high-deficit areas and addressing housing access for essential workers such as healthcare professionals, teachers, and security forces. The initiative aligns with the upcoming implementation of the Andalusia Housing Law 5/2025 and the VIVE 2026-2030 Plan, which allocates over 1 billion euros toward new housing construction, rehabilitation, and family support.
