Andalusian Employment Service launches digital strategy and training initiatives

The Andalusian Employment Service (SAE) has launched a strategic plan to strengthen company engagement through digital transformation and personalized services. A key component is the implementation of a new Integrated Management Model, which includes the ‘saempleo.es’ portal. This digital platform allows companies to manage the entire employment cycle, from posting job offers to communicating contracts and accessing expert advice.

Additionally, the SAE is promoting specialized training opportunities at the Hacienda La Laguna Hospitality School in Baeza, Jaén. Despite official registration deadlines having passed, the center is still accepting applications for the 2026/27 course due to available spots. The school reports a labor insertion rate exceeding 80 percent, offering specialties such as cooking, restaurant services, sommelier training, and rural accommodation.
