André Rieu to perform in Cluj-Napoca in October 2027

Dutch violinist and conductor André Rieu, known as the ‘King of Waltz’, will return to Romania for two concerts at the BT-Arena in Cluj-Napoca on October 21 and 22, 2027. He will be accompanied by the Johann Strauss Orchestra, which consists of 60 musicians from over 18 countries.

The performances are expected to feature a diverse program including opera arias, musicals, famous soundtracks, classical masterpieces, and traditional melodies. Tickets for the event will be available exclusively through the eventim.ro network starting November 5, 2026, at 11:00.

André Rieu has sold over 40 million albums and attracts more than 700,000 spectators annually through his international tours. The Johann Strauss Orchestra, founded by Rieu in 1987, is recognized as the largest private orchestra in the world.
