Andri Mulyono Charged in Corruption Scheme Over BGN Electric Motorcycle Procurement

Indonesia's Attorney General Office (Kejaksaan Agung) uncovered alleged fraud in the procurement of Emmo electric motorcycles for the Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) free nutritious meal program for 2025‑2026. Commissioned PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal (YAT) commissioner Andri Mulyono was named the fifth suspect. Investigators say he coordinated the procurement process, maintained intensive communication with former BGN deputy head Lodewyk Pusung and the procurement official (PPK), and helped YAT win the contract despite lacking dealers, workshops, and vendor qualifications. He allegedly arranged the acquisition of PT ASE, inflated unit prices to match the budget, and manipulated hand‑over documents to appear that the motorcycles were fully assembled and met specifications. As a result, he received 100% of the contract value. He has been charged under Articles 603 and 604 of the Indonesian Criminal Code for corruption and detained for 20 days at Salemba prison. The case now includes five suspects: former BGN head Dadan Hindayana, former deputy heads Sony Sonjaya and Lodewyk Pusung, private sector figure Asep Yusuf Somantri, and Andri Mulyono. "Bahwa kemudian Saudara AM secara melawan hukum sejak bulan Februari 2025 melakukan komunikasi aktif dengan PPK untuk menindaklanjuti rencana pengadaan tersebut," said investigator Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi.
