Andy Warhol exhibition to open at La Vaccheria in Rome

The exhibition ‘Andy Warhol – Forever Love’ is set to open at La Vaccheria – Casa della Pop Art in Rome EUR, running from September 11, 2026, to March 28, 2027. Curated by Gianfranco Rosini for IconArs, the showcase aims to explore both the artistic trajectory and the personal dimension of the Pop Art icon.

The exhibition features 51 works by Warhol, including famous series such as Marilyn Monroe, Campbell’s Soup, Flowers, and Dollar Sign. It also includes over 60 documents regarding his life and 37 works from other artists within the Pop Art movement.

Visitors can view original covers of records, historical copies of Interview magazine, personal objects, and clothing related to the New York Factory. Additionally, the display includes 28 original photographs by Dino Pedriali taken during Warhol’s 1978 stay in Italy, focusing on the ‘Ladies and Gentlemen’ series and the drag queen community. The curation is informed by Rosini’s personal connection to Warhol, whom he met in Rome in 1975.
