Ankara Culture Days festival begins at Merkez Ankara

The Merkez Ankara Shopping Center has launched the Ankara Culture Days festival, an event running until October 30 to celebrate the city's cultural heritage. The program includes concerts, exhibitions, gastronomy events, and traditional performances such as Seymen shows.

A central focus of the festival is the revival of the historical Sof fabric, a traditional textile made from Ankara goat mohair. In collaboration with the Ankara Maturity Institute, the event aims to preserve weaving traditions and introduce these cultural crafts to younger generations through fashion shows and exhibitions.
