Turkey celebrates 103rd Republic Day with nationwide events
Turkey is marking the 103rd anniversary of the Republic with a diverse array of cultural, artistic, and sporting events across various cities. In Ankara, the Turkish World will gather for special concerts featuring prominent artists like Dimash Qudaibergen at the Ankara Arena and at the Presidential Complex.
Major cities are hosting localized celebrations. Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir will offer free access to specific rail systems, including the Marmaray and Başkentray, to facilitate public movement. In Tuzla, festivities include an Edis concert, art exhibitions, and water sports, while Bursa features concerts by Berkay and Ferhat Göçer.
Community-focused activities are also widespread, ranging from flag-sewing workshops in Gaziantep to special commemorative programs for individuals with disabilities in Osmangazi. Various municipalities are organizing marches, bicycle tours, and children's workshops to engage citizens of all ages in the national celebrations.
