Anna Foglietta to present directorial debut in Italy

Actress and director Anna Foglietta will hold several public appearances in late September 2026 to present her directorial debut, “Una storia”. The film, which premiered in the Orizzonti section of the Venice International Film Festival, stars Alba Rohrwacher and Guido Caprino.

On September 27, Foglietta is scheduled to appear at Cinemazero in Pordenone at 16:30, followed by a session at Visionario in Udine after the 18:20 screening. On September 28, she will host a screening and audience meeting at Cinema Kappadue in Verona at 21:00.

“Una storia” is a drama centered on a provincial couple, Erika and Mauro, whose lives are disrupted when their daughter leaves home for university.
