Anna Vissi prepares for massive OAKA concert

Singer Anna Vissi is preparing for a massive, sold-out concert at the OAKA Olympic Stadium on Saturday, September 26. The production is estimated to cost between 7 and 8 million euros and features a 360-degree stage designed to provide visibility from all sides of the stadium. Over 400 people are working on the production, which includes a pre-show starting at 20:00 and the main performance at 21:00.

The event will feature several special guests, including DJ Argy and the internationally renowned Greek-Australian guitarist Orianthi. The visual aspect of the show is being managed by stylist Rita Melssen, who has previously worked with Madonna. Additionally, the production plans to incorporate artificial intelligence to create a retrospective of Vissi’s career.

Due to weather concerns, meteorological models such as the GFS indicate atmospheric instability over Attica during the concert hours. Forecasts suggest a rapid drop in temperature, increased winds, and a high probability of rain or local thunderstorms from late afternoon through midnight. Attendees are advised to use public transport, specifically the metro station ‘Eirini’, and to prepare for potentially inclement weather.
