ANSES implements automated verification for AUH benefits
ANSES has implemented a new system for verifying health and educational requirements for the Universal Child Allowance (AUH) in Argentina. Under Resolution 508/2026, the validation process will now be automated through data sharing between ANSES, the Ministry of Health, and the Secretariat of Education.
For children aged four and under, the full 100% of the benefit is paid monthly if health controls and vaccination records are automatically verified. If the system cannot confirm these requirements, ANSES will pay 80% and withhold 20%. Beneficiaries must ensure children are enrolled in the Sumar Program to facilitate this process.
For children and adolescents aged five and older, ANSES will continue to pay 80% of the monthly allowance while accumulating the remaining 20% to be settled based on verified health and educational conditions. While the system is designed to be automatic, beneficiaries whose information is not present in official databases may still present documentation manually at ANSES offices.
