Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry elects new assembly

The Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ATSO) has concluded its 2026 elections, resulting in a significant leadership change and record voter turnout. Berkay Bahar has been elected as the Chairman of the ATSO Board of Directors.

The election saw 19,981 members cast their votes, marking a 46% increase in voter participation compared to the 13,680 voters in 2022. Based on approximately 34,000 eligible voters, the participation rate reached nearly 58.8%.

The 124-seat assembly underwent a major restructuring, with 45% of the seats—approximately 56 positions—being filled by new members representing 49 different professional groups. These groups include sectors such as plant production, livestock, mining, food processing, textiles, and information technology.
