Antalya to implement traffic measures for COP31 summit

The Antalya Governorship has announced significant traffic and transportation measures to be implemented from November 9 to 13, 2026, in preparation for the COP31 summit. The regulations will focus on the area between the Dikmen Junction (Belek-Kadriye Turn Junction) and the Altınova Junction (TEDAŞ).

To facilitate international guests and minimize local disruption, several logistical changes are planned. Freight and cargo shipments using trucks are requested to schedule deliveries between 22:00 and 06:00. Fuel deliveries on main routes will be restricted to the hours of 00:00 to 06:00.

Intercity bus services will also be adjusted, with trips scheduled primarily between 22:00 and 06:00, alongside changes to inter-district bus services. Additionally, traffic flow on the D-400 highway in the specified section will be converted to two-way traffic on the Antalya-Alanya direction.
