Anthrax releases 'Everybody's Got A Plan' video from upcoming album

Anthrax has released the official music video for “Everybody’s Got A Plan,” the third single from their forthcoming album Cursum Perficio, due on September 18. The video, premiered through Revolver, is a tour montage filmed on July 7 at the Estádio do Sport Lisboa e Benfica in Lisbon while the band opened for Iron Maiden. Band members Scott Ian, Charlie Benante, Frank Bello, Joey Belladonna and Jonathan Donais said the clip captures a day in the life on tour, with Benante noting the song’s title comes from the famous Mike Tyson line, “Everybody’s got a plan until they get punched in the face.” The album, produced by Jay Ruston and recorded in part at Dave Grohl’s Studio 606 in Los Angeles, marks Anthrax’s first studio release in ten years.

The video contains no narrative, simply stitching together on‑stage and backstage moments to showcase the band’s energy and camaraderie. The release continues the band’s promotional campaign that has already featured two other singles, “It’s For The Kids” and “The Edge Of Perfection.”
