Antwerp police arrest three men over suspected sexual assaults

Authorities in Antwerp, Belgium, have arrested three men as part of an investigation into suspected sexual assaults against unconscious women. The probe began following a complaint from the 41-year-old primary suspect's former partner, who alleged she was filmed without her consent during an assault.

Upon seizing the suspect's digital devices, investigators discovered thousands of images and videos. The material reportedly shows women in states of unconsciousness, potentially due to drugging, and includes recordings dating as far back as 2008. The Antwerp Prosecutor's Office confirmed that the examination of this material has uncovered “other serious cases of sexual assault.”

Two additional men, aged 37 and 50, have been arrested after appearing in the seized files. While the primary suspect denies the allegations, claiming sexual encounters were consensual, the investigation continues to establish the full extent of the suspected crimes.
