Apollo Hills luxury housing project reaches construction milestone in Greece

The €200 million Apollo Hills development on the Athens Riviera has completed its structural framework, marking a key construction phase. The project, undertaken by international real‑estate investor Hines, is being built by Elekma and is certified to BREEAM standards. Designed by Porphyrios Associates and Diarchon Architects, the luxury residential complex is located in Voula, about 16 km south of central Athens at the foot of Mount Hymettus.

A ceremony was attended by the mayor of Varia‑Boula‑Voulia, Grigoris Konstantellos, Paul Gomopoulos, Senior Managing Director and head of Hines Greece, and Savvas Savvaidīs, President and CEO of Greece Sotheby’s International Realty, which holds exclusive sales rights. Both officials highlighted the project's contribution to local community development, sustainable design and its appeal to international buyers. Delivery of the first homes is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
