Apple updates audio lineup with AirPods Pro 3 and AirPods 5

Apple has released new iterations of its audio lineup, including the AirPods Pro 3 and AirPods 5, featuring significant upgrades in noise cancellation and specialized hardware functions.

The AirPods Pro 3 focus on enhanced active noise cancellation, which Apple claims can eliminate up to twice the noise of the previous generation. These models feature a redesigned fit with five ear tip sizes ranging from XXS to L and include heart rate detection capabilities for fitness tracking via the iPhone Fitness app. They are designed for stability during high-intensity activities like running and yoga.

The AirPods 5 maintain an open-ear design without silicone ear tips, catering to users who prefer a less invasive fit. Both versions of the AirPods 5 include active noise cancellation, with the ability to reduce noise by up to 1.5 times. These models also feature IP57 certification for dust, sweat, and water resistance, making them suitable for daily use and exercise.
