Apsiyon launches ADA AI assistant for property management
Apsiyon, a technology company specializing in the digitalization of apartment and site management, has launched its new AI assistant, ADA. The announcement was made during a launch event held on Saturday, October 24, at PORTAXE Istanbul.
ADA includes nine distinct AI-driven solutions designed to automate and assist in various management tasks. These tools include a Call Center Assistant for resident communication, a Voice Call Assistant, a Meeting Notes Assistant for generating summaries and action items, and IRIS, a document recognition tool. Other features include WhatsApp integration and data analysis capabilities.
Apsiyon Co-Founder and CEO Kudret Türk stated that the goal is for the AI to act as an active assistant that takes on tasks rather than just providing information. The technology aims to reduce the operational burden caused by resident requests, meetings, and reporting for property managers and professional management firms.
