Aqueduto da Amoreira named finalist for Portugal's New 7 Wonders

The Aqueduto da Amoreira has been named one of three national finalists in the ‘Grand Works’ category of the Novas 7 Maravilhas de Portugal election. The selection was confirmed during a semifinal event held in Sintra on September 5.

The Aqueduto da Amoreira will compete for the title against two other finalists: Usseira in Óbidos and Vila do Conde. The final ceremony is scheduled for the night of Saturday, September 12, in Sintra.

Voting is currently open to the public via telephone or the TVI Pass app. Each telephone vote costs 1 euro plus VAT.
