Arab Parliament condemns settler violence in West Bank town of Qasra

The President of the Arab Parliament, Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Yamahi, has strongly condemned the escalation of settler violence against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank. He specifically highlighted recent attacks in the town of Qasra near Nablus.

Al Yamahi stated that these actions are not isolated incidents but represent a systematic policy carried out under the protection of occupation forces and supported by the Israeli government. He characterized these crimes as violations of international law and humanitarian law, suggesting they aim to undermine the two-state solution and liquidate the Palestinian cause.

The President called upon the international community, the UN Security Council, and regional parliaments to take immediate legal and moral responsibility. He urged for the perpetrators to be held accountable and suggested that extremist settler groups be placed on international terrorism lists, alongside the imposition of deterrent sanctions on those involved.
