Araguaína's Expoara 2026 fair expected to surpass R$200 million in business

The 58th Expoara agricultural exposition is taking place in Araguaína, Tocantins, Brazil from June 4‑13 2026 at the Dair José Lourenço Exhibition Park. Organizers project a volume of business exceeding R$200 million, surpassing the previous edition, and anticipate more than 100,000 visitors.

The event is expected to generate around 2,000 temporary jobs and boost the regional economy, benefitting hotels, restaurants and service providers. Over 100 exhibitors will showcase elite cattle auctions, advanced agricultural machinery, and a technology week organized with Sebrae, aimed at improving livestock genetics and farm management.

Cultural highlights include the XXXVI Cavalgada of Araguaína on June 7, which historically draws thousands of riders and spectators, as well as concerts, a professional rodeo, and other agribusiness competitions. The fair is positioned as a central driver of the North Tocantins agribusiness sector, fostering investment and trade in the region.
