Arbaeen Jamandegan Pilgrimage Routes Announced in Bushehr and Tehran Provinces
In Bushehr Province, Hujjat al‑Islam Mohammad Qadri, director of the Islamic Propaganda Office, announced that 150 caravans will serve Arbaeen pilgrims, with 60 designated as main caravans providing comprehensive services. He noted participation from pilgrims originating in five Iranian provinces and three foreign countries, and highlighted new distance‑signage along the “Path of Hussein” and the use of red flags bearing the slogan “Ya Latharat al‑Hussain wa Abna’ al‑Hussain.”
In Tehran Province, Hujjat al‑Islam Seyed Mohsen Mahmoudi detailed the routes for the Jamandegan procession across multiple counties, listing specific departure points, timings and the central slogan “Bayad Barkhast.” The plan includes routes from Tehran’s main squares to the shrine of Abdul‑Azim al‑Hasani, as well as paths in Varamin, Pardis, Bumehen, Firuzkuh, Shahr-e Qods, Robat‑Karim and other districts, emphasizing themes of resistance, national unity and support for oppressed peoples.
