Arbitrum price tests key support levels following sharp pullback
Arbitrum (ARB) is currently testing key support levels following a sharp price pullback. The token has retreated toward the $0.20 to $0.21 range, which represents a former breakout zone from September.
Technical analysis indicates that the $0.205–$0.208 area is a critical resistance-turned-support zone. A daily close above $0.212, the 23.6% Fibonacci retracement level, is viewed as a necessary step for buyers to regain momentum. If the price fails to hold this support and trades below the current range, attention may shift to the $0.185 level.
The decline in ARB coincides with broader market volatility. Increased geopolitical tensions involving Iran have impacted oil prices and yields, creating a macroeconomic environment that has pressured volatile assets, including Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
