Arbitrum sees $54 billion in perpetual trading volume over 30 days

Arbitrum has experienced a significant surge in perpetual decentralized exchange (DEX) trading volumes, reaching $54 billion over the last 30 days. This growth is largely driven by a single protocol that accounts for approximately 90% of the network's total volume. The weekly trading volume recently hit $16 billion, marking the highest weekly level recorded on the Arbitrum network.

Despite the increase in on-chain activity, the ARB token has faced recent price volatility. The token recently dropped to approximately $0.209, retracing to a former resistance level established during its September rally. Market analysts are monitoring key support levels between $0.205 and $0.208, with $0.185 serving as a secondary level of interest if current support fails. This price movement coincides with broader market pressures related to geopolitical uncertainty and macroeconomic factors affecting volatile assets.
