Savino Del Bene Volley secures outside hitter Sofia D’Odorico for 2026‑27 season

Italian volleyball club Savino Del Bene Volley announced the signing of outside hitter Sofia D’Odorico for the 2026‑27 campaign. The 1997‑born player, who previously spent three seasons with Monviso Volley, joins the club after delivering 274 points, 24 kills and 22 aces in the 2025‑26 Serie A1 season.

Eccellenza football side Vergiatese confirmed the continued stay of midfielder Pietro Settimo, who scored 11 goals and provided one assist in 29 appearances last season, extending his contract for 2026‑27.

Serie D club Vigor Senigallia secured the return of attacking midfielder Ares Calcina, a 2004‑born junior product of the club, describing his eagerness to compete in a higher division.

Vigor also highlighted its commitment to youth development, noting Calcina’s progression from local youth teams to senior competition.

Volley Savigliano promoted 14‑year‑old libero Andrea Marassi from its academy to the first team for the 2026‑27 Serie A3 Credem Banca season, with the player expressing gratitude and readiness to work hard.
