Italian volleyball season prep 2026‑27 (Serie B groups)

Overview

The summer 2026‑27 window shaped squads across Serie A1, A2, B1 and youth levels. The Italian Volleyball Federation released the 2026‑27 calendars for the A2 Credem Banca league and the Superlega on 16 July, both starting on 18 October 2026, with the A2 opener Ravenna vs Grottazzolina and the Superlega opener Rana Verona vs Cucine Lube Civitanova. A Supercoppa on 11 October will launch the season, followed by a mid‑week round on 6 January and a Coppa Italia break (5‑7 March). On 21 July the federation announced the women’s Serie A1 calendar, a 14‑team league beginning 3‑4 October 2026 and concluding mid‑March 2027. On 27 July youth clubs Volley Savigliano and U.S. Cremonese unveiled their 2026‑27 technical staff. Savigliano kept coaches Claudio Piovano and Marco Capello for Serie D and U‑17 squads, appointed Roberta Aragno to lead the U‑15 team with Antonio Fundone supporting, and retained Barbara Boscolo, Davide Gallo together with newcomers Eleonora Conte and Beatrice Barbanera for U‑13 and S3 sides.
